Why?

We chose the theme "Cultural Fusion in Gastronomy" because we believe that, although it is little explored, it is extremely topical and relevant in the globalized world in which we live. Gastronomy is one of the richest forms of cultural expression, and when different traditions intersect, unique dishes are born that tell stories of encounters between peoples, flavors and knowledge.

More than a simple combination of ingredients, cultural fusion represents the appreciation of diversity, respect for origins and creativity in the construction of new gastronomic experiences.

This theme allows us to reflect on the evolution of cuisine in an ever-changing world, where innovation blends with tradition, and where each dish can be a link between cultures. We believe that exploring this theme is a way of giving voice to something that goes beyond food - it's promoting intercultural dialog at the table.
